Kathryn A. Phillips PhD, Professor of Health Economics & Health Services Research, Dept Clinical Pharmacy, UCSF, Founding Director, UCSF Center for Translational and Policy Research on Precision Medicine (TRANSPERS)

In this presentation, Prof. Phillips will merge her work on economic value and payer coverage with issues about the ethics of genomic medicine, using several case studies.
